Job summary

Cross Country Education in Sodus, NY is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support K–12 students, primarily at the elementary level, helping them build mobility, motor skills, and functional participation in the school setting.

You will evaluate students’ needs, develop individualized therapy plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid New York State Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Experience working with school‑aged children, particularly elementary students, is preferred
