Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one and classroom support to students within local school settings. This is a School-Based Paraprofessional role with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable, compassionate, patient and team‑oriented individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working with children or in a support role preferred.
• Ability to complete required background clearances (support provided).
• Current clearances: Fingerprinting through DOE, PA Criminal, and Child Abuse, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or classroom‑based student support.
• Assist students with classroom activities, routines, and transitions.
• Encourage positive behavior and student engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
• Help maintain a structured and supportive learning environment.

What You’ll Do

As a School-Based Paraprofessional, you will support students with academic, behavioral, and developmental needs throughout the school day.
