Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OTA program with AZ licensure and an AZ IVP fingerprint card, plus experience with children; school-based experience is preferred. Relocation and professional development stipends may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona.
• AZ IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred)
