Job summary

Qualifications

State Board Certified Occupational Therapist license.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Able to complete Live Scan background screening and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

Assess students within education settings using an ecological model.
Provide treatment, program consultation, and environmental modifications.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including teachers, physical therapists, and speech pathologists.
Maintain knowledge of California laws and policies governing special education services.
Monitor therapy programs and consult with staff on treatment strategies.
Maintain timely and accurate student records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
