The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based position in Escondido, CA. You’ll work with a collaborative team to help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently.

You’ll partner with educators and families to deliver meaningful therapy, supporting students’ growth through evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working with children and adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services to students in Escondido, CA.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
