Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in school settings. You will assess and address fine motor skills, handwriting, and functional tasks to help children achieve their goals.

You will conduct evaluations, write reports based on IEPs/504 plans, and collaborate with families, teachers, and the licensing team. The role includes mentorship and a benefits package with health, retirement, CEUs, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State Occupational Therapy License.
• Every state requires all Occupational Therapists to have a state license; PDS licensing team assists through the process.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OT services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and related areas.
