The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist for Leonardtown, MD. You will help students develop skills needed for academic, social, and independent functioning while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, Maryland OT licensure, and experience with children; fingerprints at district are required. Relocation and professional development stipends are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
• Experience working with children (early intervention school-based experience preferred)
• Fingerprints at district

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to students in a school-based setting to support developmental goals and academic participation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to design and implement individualized plans
• Assist students in developing skills for independence, communication, and social functioning within the school environment
