Job summary

Qualifications

• Active OT license/credential valid in Arizona.
• Experience with children or adolescents; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct evaluations to identify OT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals.
• Support fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom participation skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Document progress toward goals and participate in IEP meetings.
