Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a school-based Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 year. This onsite, part-time role offers a structured schedule, supportive collaboration with a team, and the chance to help students build essential life and academic skills.

You will support fine motor, sensory processing, and independence with school tasks while coordinating with teachers, families, and district staff to implement IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Active State OT license or ability to obtain (required)
• NBCOT certification preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Hawaii State and district requirements
