Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist Assistant for school-based work across Westchester, NY. The role offers an hourly rate with direct and indirect patient work and the possibility of full-time or fee-for-service arrangements based on caseload.

Responsibilities include designing interventions, conducting evaluations, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining accurate attendance and billing logs. A NYS OTA certification is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS OTA certification.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
