Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide school-based OT services for K-12 students in Coachella, CA, for the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapy License.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Treatment planning: support direct intervention for fine motor, perceptual/motor and sensorimotor functions.
• Consultation: assist supervising OT and team to maximize skill generalization and accommodations across educational environments.
• Data collection & documentation: maintain student progress records, therapy notes, and supervision logs.
• Time-off management for full-time school employees during breaks to minimize disruption.
