The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based program in Dorchester, MA. You will work with a collaborative team to help students develop the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently.

Required qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and an active MA OT license, with school-based experience preferred. Relocation assistance and professional development stipends are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting, helping them develop academic, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student success.
