Responsibilities

• Conduct Occupational Therapy screenings according to state and federal standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences and planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Intervention Assistance Team members.
• Develop Individualized Education Programs for students.
• Provide Occupational Therapy services through various delivery models.
• Complete documentation through progress notes and reports.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
• Provide training to teachers and related personnel.
• Supervise Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant if indicated.
• Serve on various district committees.
• Other duties as assigned.
