Birch Agency in Philadelphia, PA is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our school-based team. Our OT's help students with disabilities address physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial challenges to reach IEP and academic goals.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus, a competitive hourly rate, and weekly pay, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• PA Licensure/Certification required.
• NBCOT Certification preferred for consideration.

Responsabilités

• Help students attain IEP and academic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with families and teachers to help students achieve success.
• Screen new students to determine eligibility for services.
• Provide Occupational Therapy to students with a wide variety of disabilities.
• Attend IEP meetings.
• Confer with parents and develop home programs when necessary.
• Complete appropriate paperwork following state guidelines.
• Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely fashion.
• Address and provide therapy for learning and or behavioral issues.
