Qualifications

• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with IEP development and due process procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement intervention strategies for children with significant delays in motor development.
• Assist with developing student IEP; help establish goals and objectives; complete IEP components.
• Maintain documentation related to third party billing.
• Complete re-evaluations including writing evaluation reports.
• Maintain and complete progress notes, consultation notes, and letters.
• Demonstrate culturally responsive practices leading to equitable outcomes.
• Support students with emotional regulation difficulties and social-emotional skills.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and support students with disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
• Advocate for students with disabilities to ensure high levels of achievement.
