Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our Merced, CA team for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site contract role involves traveling between multiple school sites to support K-12 students with moderate to severe disabilities.

The position requires California OT licensure and a teaching credential (or eligibility). Mileage reimbursement is provided for site-to-site travel, with benefits including health/dental/vision and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active California OT licensure is required.
• CTC Teaching Credential or eligible to obtain is required.
• SEIS Service Tracker experience strongly preferred.
• Prior school-based OT experience preferred.
• Experience with moderate to severe caseloads preferred.

About The Role

We're seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Merced, CA for the full 2026-2027 school year. This is a contract, on-site position—not open to virtual/teletherapy providers. We welcome traveling therapists and out-of-state candidates willing to relocate for the assignment.

Position Details

Start Date: August 13, 2026
End Date: June 4, 2027
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $70.00 / hour, based on experience
Caseload: Moderate to severe disabilities
Setting: Multiple school sites / itinerant travel required
Student Population: K-12

Responsibilities
