Job summary

Cole Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team in Silver Spring, MD. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Maryland OT license, with experience with children and ideally school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatment services for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, handwriting, classroom participation, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school and professional standards.
• Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting student outcomes.
