Qualifications

• Required: OT degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: WA State OT license and ESA certificate eligibility or possession.
• NBCOT exam completion is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and district clearance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in educational settings, direct or consultative.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, district, and professional standards.
