Job summary

IEP Therapy - Point Quest Group in South Holland, IL, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based services for students ages 3 and up. You will design individualized treatment programs aligned to IEPs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and monitor progress with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, coordinating with COTAs, and completing annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Illinois or eligibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Background checks and TB clearance as required by state

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment programs for students 3+ based on IEPs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals
• Supervise COTAs as needed
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
• Complete annual and triennial reviews on schedule
• Maintain thorough student progress documentation
