The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, school-based role in Newark, NJ. You will work with a collaborative team to help students develop essential life, academic, and social skills within the school setting.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, an active NJ OT license, and NJDOE School OT certification, with preferred experience in schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey.
• NJDOE School OT certification.
• Experience working with children and adolescents (school-based experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a school-based setting to students.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes to inform instructional planning.
