Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a contract School Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Tempe, AZ. This on-site, full-time role is 40 hours per week with pay between $44.87 and $51.36 per hour, starting ASAP through 05/26/2027.

Eligible clinicians can earn a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses. Seabright offers medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, and paid holidays to support your work in diverse K-12 settings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School Certified Occupational Therapist within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum).
• Valid School Certified Occupational Therapist credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
