Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Waldorf, MD to provide individualized therapy and collaborate with school teams and families to support students’ independence and participation.

Responsibilities include evaluating students, developing OT goals within the IEP/IFSP framework, and documenting progress and Medicaid billing while ensuring timely service delivery. A MOT degree and MD OT license are required; school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent.
• Current Maryland Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience with school-based occupational therapy, including assessments, IEP development, multidisciplinary collaboration, family consultation, and Medicaid documentation preferred.
