Job summary

Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is partnering with a Missouri school district to hire an Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping students succeed.

You will deliver OT services aligned with each student’s IEP, develop and track effective therapy plans, and evaluate progress while collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with Missouri license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work.
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive.
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required) and potentially supervise OT assistants.
