Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to support TK-12 students in developing functional, sensory, and motor skills that promote independence and success in the classroom for the 2026-2027 school year in Oakland, CA.

Position Overview

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development across TK–12 settings.
• Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Implement therapy interventions in individual and group settings to support access to curriculum and school participation.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current California Occupational Therapy License
• School-based experience (Preferred)
