Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time school-based Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to support K–12 students in their educational routines. You will collaborate with SLPs, PTs and teachers to promote participation, independence and learning across the school day.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license or eligibility; PDS will assist if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized occupational therapy services that enable students to participate in school activities and daily occupations.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, monitor progress and establish IEP goals/short-term objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, families and school teams to integrate OT strategies into routines.
• Consult with classroom staff to support adaptations/modifications to environment, curriculum and tasks.
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and support positive school culture and student success.

Qualifications:
