Backpack Healthcare is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Clinician to deliver therapy to students at assigned school sites and through telehealth. The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 in-person days per week and telehealth for breaks and closures.
Qualified candidates hold an active Maryland license and have at least 1 year of experience with children and teens, plus trauma-informed care and strong documentation skills.
Hybrid | Fee-for-Service
MD (Baltimore County) — school-based, hybrid
Active Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, or LGMFT)
This is a Fee-for-Service (W2) position. Fully licensed clinicians are paid $65/session hour; provisionally licensed clinicians are paid $45/session hour; administrative time is paid at $30/hour.
Hybrid — minimum of 3 in-person school days per week (8 hrs/day), plus telehealth days for flexibility and continuity of care over school breaks and closures.
