Responsibilities

• Partner closely with ESS clinicians to support students' mental health and overall well-being.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing timely updates to the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist in the development, implementation and reinforcement of individualized care plans.
• Co-facilitate group interventions and student support sessions under clinician guidance.
• Support therapeutic milieu management (scheduling sessions, managing passes, lunch support, skill building, escorting students).
• Provide in-classroom support through observation and targeted interventions.
• Collect and track student data; assist in developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed.
• Respond to crisis situations effectively, coordinating with clinicians, school staff, and parents as directed.
• Collaborate with families and external providers to strengthen student support systems.
• Assist with case management tasks, including referrals and connecting families to community resources.
