Arisa Health in Rogers, Arkansas seeks a Mental Health Professional I to join Gravette Upper Elementary, providing school-based services. The role involves conducting interviews, assessments, and therapy with individuals, families, and groups, plus maintaining clinical records.

Candidates should hold a Master's in counseling or social work and current Arkansas licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW). The position is full-time, exempt, on-site with hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services.
• Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
• Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, and to plan activities.
