Job summary

LifeBridge Counseling, based in Richmond with locations across Virginia including Caroline County Public Schools, is seeking a School-Based Outpatient Clinician for a 10-month, full-time role aligned with the academic year. Salary is $32.14 per hour.

The clinician will deliver individual, family, or group treatments to children, adolescents, or families, using evidence-based modalities, in-person or via tele-health, and supported by life with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate clinical experience with children, adolescents, or families.
• Licensed or in supervision toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP).
• Experience with multiple modalities and Evidence-Based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group treatments in Caroline County Public Schools.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to EHR/credentialing processes.
