Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Uniontown, PA is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our in-home teen transportation and care team.

Shifts are Mondays 7a-5p and Tue–Fri 7a-3p, with weekly pay and flexible hours to fit your schedule. You will take vitals, perform assessments, document progress, administer medications, and support the RN supervisor and physician's orders in a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with PA LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws.
• Strong clinical proficiency and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Accompany student to and from home on a transportation van.
• Provide guidance and encouragement to help a teen succeed.
• Take patient vitals, do assessments, document progress and report changes to RN Supervisor.
• Assist RN in carrying out physician’s orders, patient care and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment.
