Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an LPN for a school-based clinic at Barberton Primary School. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:45am–3:45pm (35 hours/week), offering a predictable schedule and meaningful impact within the school community.

You will administer medications, monitor student health, and collaborate with school staff and families. A valid Ohio LPN license is required; HIPAA/FERPA confidentiality is essential; BLS/CPR may be required depending on the role.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and infectious disease prevention.
• Current or willingness to obtain BLS or CPR/First Aid (role dependent).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing care in school clinic.
• Administer medications and monitor student health needs.
• Assess and respond to illness or injury.
• Support communicable disease prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA/FERPA).
