Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN for a contract role in California to support one student throughout the school day. You'll provide essential healthcare, ensuring safety and comfort while promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN license or certification is required.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued.
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Excellent organizational skills and professional communication.
• Willingness to ride the bus with student if required by the specific case.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care to a designated student in accordance with their healthcare plan.
• Administer routine medication, monitor for emergency needs, and manage medical equipment as required.
• Track medical data, document care, and communicate observations with relevant team members.
• Participate in meetings and adapt strategies to best serve the individual students needs.
