Job summary
Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist to supervise RBTs and IA’s, provide ABA consultation, and support classroom staff in schools in Horsham-Hatboro district. This role focuses on elementary students with autism and other developmental needs, aligning with a predictable school calendar.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in education, psychology or related field required.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA required.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing positive behavior support plans
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support supervision to RBTs & IA's working with elementary-aged students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities
- Provide consultation and training to classroom staff and other educators, administrators and families related to ABA
- Provide services and documents that are compliant with federal, state, and local reguations
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
