Job summary

Effective School Solutions (ESS) seeks a Licensed School-Based Lead Clinician to deliver school-based mental health services in Willingboro, NJ. The role focuses on direct clinical care, family support, and collaboration with school staff to support students' emotional, behavioral, and academic growth.

Starting salary range is $65,000-$75,000 with benefits and supervision; role excludes weekends and on-call, with occasional evenings for family engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active independent clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in NJ.
• 3+ years of experience with children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Partner with families and facilitate parent support programming.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention, coordinating referrals to appropriate care.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the school-based program.
• Serve as the primary clinical contact for school partners.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
