Job summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Memorial Hermann Health System’s School Based Clinics provides psychological and psychosocial counseling to students and families in school settings. The role requires collaboration with parents, school staff and community providers to address complex psychosocial needs and connect families with social program supports.

You will maintain comprehensive notes in the EMR, participate in IEP/ARD/IEP teams, and advocate for access to appropriate services

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LCSW-S required.
• Minimum 3 years social work experience with case management.

Responsibilities
