Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist to provide school-based behavioral support in an Intermediate School in Brookhaven, PA. The role focuses on students in grades 4–8 and autism support services.

You will develop and monitor individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and service providers to guide interventions and improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• School-based experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and intervention services to students within the autistic support program.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support student needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and guide interventions.
• Provide consultation and recommendations on behavior, classroom strategies, and student support.
• Support the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions.
• Communicate effectively with the educational team and participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements.
