Job summary

Qualifications

• Has demonstrated the ability to work effectively with health agencies, professionals and children.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintains required continuing education courses.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing health services in all schools to promote wellness and disease prevention by early detection of health problems that interfere with learning.
• Participate in the implementation of the School Health Policies and Procedures.
• Assists in identifying pupils with health needs and refers them to appropriate staff or agencies.
• Documents all visits in Infinite Campus or IMS.
• Travel to different school locations as assigned and work with diverse healthcare teams.
