Job summary

TheraEd Staffing in Hawaii is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join a supportive school district in Keaau. This full-time, school-based role focuses on supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being and their academic and social success.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual and group counseling, develop intervention plans, collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation and compliance with district

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology required.
• Hawaii license or eligibility for licensure.
• Hawaii Department of Education (HIDOE) Level 6 or Level 8 classification eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
• Develop intervention strategies to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with student support planning
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral consultation when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Support school staff with behavioral and mental health consultation
