• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy.
• Intern-to-Hire Provision: internal interns may be hired while awaiting full licensure within 60 days post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis.
• Develops specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives.
• Coordinates client care with other service providers and resources to assure continuity of care.
• Completes clinical charting and related administrative paperwork per policy.
• Remains current in pediatric psychopharmacology and collaborates with the team psychiatrist.
