Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field.
• Minimum of one year relevant post-degree experience in human services.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in school to provide skill-building services addressing mental health needs.
• Deliver client-centered, strengths-based, professional, and compassionate care.
• Coordinate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive services for the child and family.
• Focus skill-building on seven areas: cognitive flexibility, communication, conflict resolution, executive functioning, interpersonal relationships, problem solving, and social skills.
