• Master’s degree from an accredited social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy program.
• Requires Delaware independent licensure prior to starting (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT).
• Three to five years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• School-based experience and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services in school-based health centers.
• Deliver individual and group therapy for children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with educators, medical staff, families, and partners to support student success.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, referrals, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Engage in consultation, professional development, and care planning.
