Family Services of NW PA seeks a Behavior Health Technician to support students at Maplewood and Cambridge Springs Elementary Schools, following a prescribed treatment plan and coordinating with the clinical team.

The role offers 25–30 hours per week in a hybrid setting, with a $16.75/hour rate and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field and CASSP experience, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required.
• Minimum of two years working in a CASSP system and mental health services agency is required.
• Experience in Behavioral Modification including Functional Behavioral Assessment is preferred.
• Knowledge of child development is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavioral health treatment plans to students in the school setting.
• Tracks measurable objectives, documents treatment activities and responses, and communicates progress through written and oral reports.
• Attends clinical team meetings, Family Nights, and annual SBBH trainings.
• Maintains case records and reports in a timely manner as required in agency policy.
• Participates in staff development activities, including individual and peer supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
