Formación

• Education: Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Computer skills: knowledge of Word Processing software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral health consultation, individual counseling, and group counseling.
• Assist in care management processes with the primary care team.
• Coordinate with patients for treatment plan creation and implementation.
• Maintain scheduling and documentation of encounters in the EMR.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions and act as primary counselor within the clinic.

Educación

Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
