Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team, diagnosing problems and evaluating progress.
• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy for patients and their families.
• Develop and monitor behavior change plans documented in the patient’s treatment plan.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to patient care.
• Provide in-service training and outreach to schools and community partners.
