Seabright School and Therapy Staffing is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026–2027 school year in New Jersey. The role is full-time, serving elementary through high school students, with local or travel placement options and weekly pay of $52.17–$59.71 per hour.

Qualified candidates must hold a BCBA credential and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Completion and referral bonuses exist as incentives for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential/licensure valid
• 1 year BCBA experience within last 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available

Responsibilities
