Job summary

Community Health Network is looking for an Athletic Trainer Certified PRN for various school locations to provide care for student athletes. Responsibilities include preventing, assessing, and treating injuries in a middle or high school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in athletic training.
• Current or temporary Indiana license, pending license must be obtained within 45 days of start date.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, and treat emergency, acute, and chronic injuries.
• Recondition athletes and individuals post-injury.
• Primary duties in a middle or high school setting.
