Job summary

A Safe Haven is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on providing therapeutic services to youth and their families facing behavioral health challenges, including conducting assessments, individual/group therapy, and case management.

The ideal candidate has a master's degree, current licensure, and at least 3 years of relevant clinical experience. They should be committed to cultural competence and working effectively in a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy and counseling services.
• Experience in working with adolescents and/or family clients.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions addressing mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and assessments.
