Job summary

Granite State ABA Services, LLC (a Patterns Behavioral Services Company) is seeking a full-time ABA assistant to work in a Vermont school district. The role runs 8:00am–3:00pm, with travel to assigned sites as needed, providing one-to-one ABA support to children and young adults aged 2–21 under BCBA supervision.

You will implement goals, collect data, and collaborate with school and clinical teams to follow each student’s plan. RBT certification is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Interest in working with children and young adults with autism or behavioral needs.
• Ability to follow individualized plans and document services accurately.
• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites.
• Reliable internet access for remote meetings or documentation; an iPad is provided.
• RBT certification preferred; training available for BT candidates.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in school settings.
• Paid training and referral program.
• Professional development assistance.

Responsibilities

• Implement goals and behavioral strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Help students practice new skills and use replacement behaviors.
• Collect data during sessions and complete required documentation.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA and school team.
• Attend required team meetings and training.
