Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ASL interpretation skills and strong communication abilities.

• 6 months of recent interpreting experience preferred within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sign language interpretation services to students and staff.
• Interpret lectures, discussions, meetings, events, and announcements.
• Evaluate accommodation requests and coordinate interpreting services for deaf or hard-of-hearing students.
• Ensure services comply with Section 504 and ADA requirements.
