Pyramid Healthcare is hiring to support behavioral healthcare services in school, home or community settings. Staff will implement PBSP and ABA-based plans, support students’ behavioral and emotional skills, and assist caregivers to address therapeutic needs as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 18 years of age or older with 2+ years of experience with children in educational, hospital, or home settings.
• Ability to implement PBSP and ABA-based interventions.

Responsabilités

• Implements and assists with Positive Behavior Support Plans and Individual Treatment Plans as designed by Behavioral Specialists.
• Supports student development of behavioral and emotional skills as specified in the PBSP.
• Assists caregivers and staff with addressing therapeutic needs of the student and implements PBSP and ABA-based interventions.
• Collects, enters, graphs ABA data; compiles data for monthly progress review.
• Assist school personnel or students to arrange the school’s environment to meet needs.
• Assist with creating, copying, grading of classroom and student materials.
• Assist with crisis intervention and complete appropriate forms.
• Perform Personal Care duties with toileting, eating and grooming activities as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Implements, models, and assists staff and caregivers with implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans and Individual Treatment Plans, as designed by Behavioral Specialists, located in school, home or community settings as specified in the individual plan.
• Supports student development of various behavioral and emotional skills as specified in the PBSP.
• Assists caregivers and staff with addressing therapeutic needs of the student Implements Positive Behavior Support Plans and ABA-based interventions.
• Collects, enters, and graphs ABA data. Compiles and/or gathers, and organizes all data for monthly progress review.
• Assist school personnel (director, administrative assistant, teacher, teacher assistant, etc) or student to arrange the school’s environment to best meet the student’s physical and psychological needs.
• Assist school personnel with creating, copying, grading of classroom and student materials.
• Assist with proper crisis intervention and prevention techniques and complete appropriate forms.
• Perform Personal Care duties with toileting, eating and grooming activities when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 18 years of age or older, 2 or more years’ experience working with children in an educational, hospital or home setting.
